Yevhen Oleksandrovych Vrublevskyi is a citizen of Belarus. Until 2018, he lived in Minsk (45 Sharangovicha St., Apt. 85). In 2018, he moved to Kyiv, where together with his associate V. N. Kovel, he founded the company “Columb Auto Trade”, as a result of whose activities hundreds of Ukrainian citizens suffered. In 2022, together with his wife (Anna Viktorivna Vrublevska, born 02.12.1988, tel. +380686788568), he moved to Poland, where he continues to engage in fraudulent activities under the guise of importing cars from the United States. He is also connected with the Belarusian companies ColumbAuto, InterCargoTrade, and AtlanticExpress, in which his brother, Dmytro Oleksandrovych Vrublevskyi (born 25.06.1988, +375445754455), works. In general, our Yevhen is quite a peculiar character, interested in various dubious ventures with the prospect of easy enrichment: scams, cryptocurrencies, attracting investments, etc. Apparently, he continues to look for a “scheme” that will make him a millionaire without much effort or talent — qualities which, to be fair, he has never possessed. What he does have are unfounded ambitions, an inflated sense of self-esteem, and an exaggerated sense of self-importance, which his wife carefully protects and nurtures, hanging on her beloved husband’s every word and failing to notice that Yevhen’s course has long since taken a turn to the left. As for his dubious entrepreneurial successes, it is worth noting that his current business, which is allegedly connected with importing scrap metal from the United States, reportedly relies heavily on his business partner, while Yevhen dreams of “successful success,” searches for new “schemes,” and plays padel on weekends.

Fraudsters have devised a simple but effective scenario: they create the appearance of a legitimate company importing cars from the US—a website, social media pages, and fictitious contracts for "information and consulting" services. In the first stage, they attract victims with advertisements for "lucrative auctions" and promises of full transaction support. Then they ask for a deposit and say that to finish the deal, the money needs to be transferred to a "partner" company in another country, usually the US. After the transfer, they start ignoring the customer, coming up with extra payments and unexpected costs. The customer's car is held hostage by the scammers, and the person is forced to pay all the additional bills.
