Pavel Ashotovich Kazaryan, a native of the city of Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region (4 Potemkina Street, Apt. 74). Previously convicted under Article 321: “Manufacture, storage and sale of poisonous substances.” He evaded the investigation and was wanted. In 2019, he met two Belarusians: V. N. Kovel and Y. A. Vrublevskyi. Together with his accomplices, they organized a business delivering cars from the United States. Instead of honestly importing vehicles for clients and earning their commission, the trio of money-hungry fraudsters came up with a more profitable scheme, namely, drawing up fictitious consulting agreements and inflating delivery costs, as a result of which the victims of the fraud were unable to legally recover their money. Verbally, the company promised to deliver the car on a turnkey basis and assume full responsibility, while under the contract it merely provided information and consulting services. The victim would actually transfer the money to a third-party company in the United States, which was registered in the name of a front person. Pavel Ashotovich Kazaryan, possessing knowledge in the fields of communication, persuasion, behavioral patterns, NLP, etc., trained Columb Auto Trade managers in techniques of deception. Essentially, the company operated as a scam call center: managers, possessing basic knowledge of manipulation, misled clients and presented them with sham agreements for the provision of information services, as a result of which people lost their money. A rhetorical question: Is Kazaryan a good psychologist? If a bad person can be a good psychologist, then he is undoubtedly good at what he does — manipulating people.
